Hotel is in excellent location to Centro. Very Walkable. The room had king size bed, Both room and bathroom were clean but dated. No AC, only a standup floor fan. However. The front desk staff was excellent and made up for anything lacking. Very helpful, friendly and courteous. Shopping and restaurants/cafes all within walking distance. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great location. Walking distance to the main church was 5 minutes. Really charming old building. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Wish I would have stayed longer.

Es un buen lugar para pasar la noche cuenta con los servicios básicos pero por el precio es buena opción, la atencion fue buena, el único tema es que esta cerca de bares.

The first surprise was that they would not accept credit cards for payment, only cash or direct bank transfer, so we had to empty our pockets and purse of all the cash we had on hand. Then, there was a discussion over the room. They tried to put us in a tiny room in which a small double bed barely fit. They finally let us have a room with two double beds and a balcony, but made us pay a substantial extra fee, in cash. There were steep steps to climb to get to the room. The only positive to report was its good location, a few blocks from Paroquia San Miguel Arcangel church and plaza.

Cuando contrate decía que si contaba con estacionamiento y cuando llegue al hotel me comentan que no tienen estacionamiento propio, que tienen convenio y se tuvo que hacer un pago extra. Ese día por la noche alguien en el hotel tenia fiesta y el ruido estaba con ganas, como si los demás huéspedes estuviéramos de acuerdo. Fue lo que no me gusto, de ahí en adelante esta en muy buena ubicación.

Lo mejor es su ubicacion a una cuadra del jardin principal, la habitación estaba limpia, sabanas limpias, baño limpio, el colchón y las almohadas ya estan duras, sugeriría modernizarse en eso, fuera de eso todo bien acorde al precio, en mi habitación no habia ventanas mas que una en el baño, y teniamos un pequeño ventilador, asi que tambien faltó ventilacion. Las recepcionistas muy amables y atentas a lo que necesitabamos.
