Excelente, el unico problema fue el estacionamiento, el lugar no cuenta con estacionamiento propio y nos mandan a ono de otro hotel y ademas cobran $150 extra para el estacionamiento.

This is not a hotel, not even a motel.

This is not a hotel, not even a motel It's dirty, it smells bad. It does not have AC It does not have a cleaning service. They do not change the quilts and they do not change the shower towells. The bathroom showers are poorly improvised. This supposed hotel should not be recommended by Hotels.com

No promocionarlo en Expedia

Es un hotel el cual a mi consideracion no debe estar en la pagina de Expedia, o en su caso deberia de cambiar las fotogracias y explicar que es un lugar que no tiene seguridad ni estacionamiento. Demasiado elevado su precio para lo que te ofrece.

Buena ubicación, no recomendable

El hotel tenía una ubicación conveniente para mi visita y fue por lo mismo que lo escogimos. Tuve complicaciones al momento de hacer el check-in ya que en las características del hotel se menciona que se incluye el estacionamiento gratis, lo cual es FALSO. Para poder arreglar esa situación tuve que esperar más de 30 min. al personal de Hoteles.com para que accedieran a reembolsarme ese costo. Es inaceptable engañar a sus usuarios de esa manera. El hotel es caluroso y el ventilador de techo no es suficiente. La conexión wifi nunca me funcionó. En general, la verdad tenía expectativas más altas

Grata e Inesperada Experiencia.

El hotel cuenta con una muy buena ubicación, se puede ir caminando a cualquier hora del día al Centro Histórico, tomando en cuenta la Distancia y la Seguridad de la Zona, siempre estuvo todo limpio, la habitación es muy amplia. Solo agregaría que contaran con una Área de Recepción mas formal y que todo el Personal este capacitado, a pesar de que todos son muy amables, algunos desconocen todas las características del Hotel y no fue mi caso, pero otros huéspedes estuvieron batallado con sus Preservaciones. Mi única queja es que los espejos del baño se coloquen a una altura mayor, ya que no soy muy alto y aun así batalle para poder utilizarlos.

Cerca del centro de San Miguel

La habitación 4 que está al lado de la recepción, es muy incómoda para el descanso, porque se escuchan todas las conversaciones entre las recepcionista con clientes, amigos o personas que piden informes; y como consencuencia lo que dialogas en la habitación se escucha hacia afuera, no hay privacidad en ese sentido. La habitación tiene una ventana con puerta que da a un cuarto de servicio que funciona como tragaluz, solo que la ventana no tiene cortinero ni cortina aunque los vidrios son de gota entra el reflejo de la luz y como que no queda completamente a oscuras la habitación cuando te dispones a descansar. Sería conveniente que pusieran una cortina, y que aislarán con un cancel (acorde a la decoración del hotel) la recepción porque por la altura de las paredes se escucha mucho el eco de las voces; o bien que aislarán (corcho en las paredes y puerta) de la habitación para que no se escuchara todo el ruido de voces etc

Hotel für Nachtschwärmer!!

Das nicht leicht zu findende Hotel ist sehr einfach und schon sehr abgewohnt, allerdings für die Möglichkeiten sauber und sowohl Inhaber wie Personal sehr bemüht , nett und hilfsbereit !!! Nachts ist es sehr laut durch heimkehrende Nachtschwärmer, die Straße und in unserem Fall durchgeführte Handwerkerarbeiten ( nachts!!!!)! Wir denken , das Hotel ist ideal für junge Leute die das Nachtleben genießen wollen und das Budget nicht so groß ist, weniger für "Kulturreisende"!!! Die Lage ist super, man kann alles fussläufig erreichen!!

En general el hotel esta bien,sus habitacin son muy amplias y seguras,el personal de recepcion es amable, Los unicos detalles que tube son,una manana me falto el agua caliente y sus toallas estan muy desgastadas y te dejan pelusa en la cabeza,se los comente y en forma inmediata corrigieron dichos ios inconvientes,LO RECOMIENDO. Family-run small hacienda. No elevator.

This small hotel is new to the hotel scene. Minimal service but friendly. Clean and just what we wanted. Somewhat noisy street outside so bring earplugs. Breakfast places nearby. We would return. Lighting in rooms need attention. No reading lamp available in the two rooms we saw. They provided another standing lamp but one could not read by it.
