The property was amazing and very authentic in the old San Miguel style. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The only complaint that I had was the hot water took awhile to get going in the shower, and only lasted for about 5 minutes. Otherwise, I highly recommend it and would stay again, despite the shower situation.

Casa Delphine is an absolutely beautiful property with an unbeatable location in San Miguel. The hotel gives the feel of an upscale bed and breakfast. It's quiet and spacious with a very intimate feel. The staff is incredibly warm, welcoming and accommodating. No detail has been overlooked here. Would absolutely stay again.

Only 5 amazing rooms. No extra amenities, but only 10 minutes walk to downtown. The parking is 1/2 block and it's included in the room.

1. La habitación estaba hermosa, mucho más bonita de lo que esperaba. De pronto faltaban cosas como el tapete para salir de la regadera y rollo de papel higiénico de repuesto, pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. 2. El desayuno está incluido, pero me hubiera gustado más variedad, porque solo hay fruta, pan dulce (una pieza) y café. 3. La recepcionista con la mejor actitud, muy linda, pero no hay quien baje las maletas del coche, solamente está ella. 4. Me pareció muy caro casi 7000 pesos la noche, habiendo algunas áreas de oportunidad, relativamente sencillas de solucionar.

Hotel next time vs. Boutique stay

Overall good, but the COVID situation is not excuse for not cleaning/making the room and having at least a continental in the morning. Also having to call the front desk for lack of hot water is not pleasant, not according to the price paid.
