Please do update your website as it asks guests to contact the property a day before arriving, which ends up being unnecessary! Also it would help to warn guests that San Giacomo staff does not offer any help with luggage--in spite of the fact that the house is up the hill and requires a very steep 5 minute walk. "

"Lovely hotel with some stand out features; lobby and roof cocktail bars, pool area, lovely refurbished rooms and very friendly staff However, shower was weak and luke warm no complimentary water in rooms and you have to pay once you have used your 5 coffee pods ( not great for 2 people for 4 nights)! Overall though this a great hotel and would be happy to return. "
