The flat is strategically located within walking distance of the centre and the main services.
Ideal for families or groups of 4 to 6 people, it is located in a lively but quiet context. The location allows you to comfortably enjoy all the services of Bibione Spiaggia: 250 metres from the sea, a few minutes from Piazzale Zenith and the spa.

The residence is a holiday home consisting of eight units, located in the very central Via Maja and completely renovated in 2019.
Each flat has an open-plan living area, air-conditioning system with inverter heat pump, parking space in the shared garage, free and unlimited Wi-Fi and access to a common laundry room on the ground floor.

The flat, located on the second floor, opens onto a bright living area with French doors leading to a habitable balcony. The open space includes a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area with a table for six and an open kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, a ventilated oven, microwave and all the necessary accessories for cooking comfortably.

The studio includes two sleeping areas: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, integrated in the open space.
A windowed bathroom with shower cabin completes the property.

Sehr enttäuschend!

Glück mit dem Wetter gehabt, das war aber auch das Einzige. Die gebuchte 50qm Wohnung mit 6 Schlafplätzen mussten wir vor Ort beim Betreten schon zurückgeben. Elektrische mägel die wir mit Kindern nicht akzeptieren konnten.Kühlschrank saudreckig und ohne Funktion, keine abgetrennten Schlafzimmer, Arbeitsplatte in der Küche verkohlt, muffiger Geruch, feuchte Flecken an der Decke und den Wänden. Kurzum, eine totale Katastrophe. Uns wurde eine andere Wohnung angeboten.Haben wir angenommen um nun endlich zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Wohnung war tatsächlich nur halb so groß, es ging nur eine einzige Steckdose, die Balkontür war als steigt da regelmäßig unerwünschter Bein
