"Our family of five adults had a wonderful week staying at Maria’s beautiful property. We enjoyed the close proximity to many lovely towns and beaches. The house was spotless, and the beds very comfortable. When I requested a thinner pillow, Maria responded right away and provided one. We love to cook, and found the kitchen very well equipped. The garden was a lovely place to have lunch and do yoga. Maria gave us privacy, but was there to give advise when needed — I feel like I made a new friend....

It had everything we needed to ensure that we were guaranteed a super holiday, including the added bonus of air conditioning which helped to keep us cool in the unexpectedly warm temperatures for end of September/early October. "An absolutely beautiful property and setting with everything included you could want. Lucca, the host, is charming, relaxed, accommodating and very efficient. Lots of lovely small touches that make all the difference, free fresh eggs in the morning, fresh vegetables to pick from the garden, grapes from the vine. "Such a relaxing break. We spent most mornings visiting one of the many towns within a short drive, then the afternoon by the pool and the evening either in Jesi or at the house on the outside terrace. An easy drive to the coast, to a fresh water lake, vineyards. Simply wonderful area. The house had everything we needed, incl well equipped kitchen. No complaints at all."

Abbiamo prenotato per 4 notti un appartamento con cucina e ci è stata data una stanza tripla.Ci siamo accomodati,qualcosa non ci tornava e abbiam controllato la prenotazione (essendo in un posto dove non prende telefono nè internet e con wifi che funziona male c’abbiam messo un’ora a collegarci). "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amy's villa. It was very clean, well-equipped and very comfortable (the villa is very spacious and the rooms cool, even at night ). The pool was very clean and also cleaned during our stay. We had a great welcome. "We’ve just had a lovely 2 weeks at this villa - we were a group of 7 and it felt spacious with room to spare. Communication with the owner prior to and during the stay was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. The information pack in the villa contained lots of helpful information and ideas for day trips etc. The villa was clean and well equipped - the pool table was a big hit!!
