Features 2 private bedrooms, deluxe bathrooms with spa amenities, a dining area and well-appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, living room with fireplace and a sleeper sofa, flat screen TVs, washer & dryer, and free WiFi.

The SLO Brew Lofts are a collection of 5 Luxury Short Term Vacation Rentals.

Located on historical Higuera Street. The Loft’s are in the center of SLO’s entertainment district, and walking-distance to the finest restaurants, shops and cocktail lounges that our town has to offer. The SLO Brew Lofts are considered one of downtown’s most sought-after stays. With views of our lively town and old SLO creek.

SLO Brew Lofts are a Self Check IN Vacation Rental facility without a 24HR Front Desk. Staff is rarely onsite and best communication practice is through text message.

Property is exactly as described: luxury digs in the heart of downtown SLO. All of downtown right out your doorstep. Retro kitchen fitted out to cook meals, living room space to relax and super comfy king beds to sleep in.

Wonderful centrally located loct on Higuera St

Such a find! Modern, bright, perfect for 2 couples or a family. 2 giant king beds and lovely bathrooms. I would give this place 5 stars + but it needs just a couple things. Could use more glasses and dishes. We had my son and 4 friends for dinner one night (total 7 people) and had to use cooking pans as plates. It worked but could be better. Also, there was only 1 knife. The bathroom has zero hooks or bars to hang your towels and the kitchen sink disposer didn’t work when we arrived so the sink backed up. Manager immediately came to fix it but then the kitchen sink leaked the rest of the time. All in all small troubles for a really wonderful spot. I will come back!

We enjoyed our 8 day stay in the SLO Lofts with good restaurants and shoppingall within walking distance. The only downside to be aware of is the event venue next door (and outside) which is open Thursday- Saturday with extreme noise and live music until after midnight.

Family College Drop Off

The condo is beautiful. Honestly nothing bad here...the owners know what they are doing! My 18+ kids complained about the street noise in their bedroom from the bars and patrons below. The back master bedroom was quiet. Fun touches like a ukulele, records and record player. Great downtown location. Parking is a few blocks away but easy. It's a public parking garage so we didn't leave any valuables in it overnight.
