Great Location/Easy Beach Access/Walking Distance to Downtown Pier Area

These beautiful three story condos are designed as vacation rentals to comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Can accommodate large groups up to 24 people if our 392 Franklin and 394 Franklin condos are both rented. Ground Floor: 1 enclosed car garage, large open bedroom with a full bathroom, washer/dryer
Second Floor: Living room, fireplace, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom.
Third floor: Two bedrooms with one full bathroom.

Our 394 Franklin condo has beautiful ocean views from the 3rd level bedrooms. Convenient beach access right down the street and a beautiful and comfortable walk to downtown Pismo and pier. The pictures shown are to give a general idea of the interiors of our condos. Due to upgrades or other changes, the current furnishings/layout may not be exactly as shown.
