"The front desk staff was very helpful in providing highlights of downtown SLO and we liked that the hotel was within walking distance from all the restaurants and stores. It was also a safe neighborhood to walk around. "

"The room experience is 10/10. The steak house is mid. I would rather eat elsewhere for the steak price and ensure it’s an evenly cooked steak. The cafe is mid as well. The pink cake is blah. You’re paying for the novelty of the decor and atmosphere. The architecture of the rooms and decor is honestly what drew us here. Amenities are good as well. Take advantage of them. The rooms are worth the experience at least once. "
