Comfortable stay close to beach

The condo was pleasant and exactly as described. It was about a half mile to the beach and dunes and an easy drive into Pismo for dinner. The check-in process ended up being super easy, though prior to arriving I was getting conflicting instructions. Overall a very nice stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First impression was a dead bird caught in the bird-trap under the eve on the second story of the front door. I immediately called CVR and a maintenance person removed the dead birds within an hour. The outside of the home was a little rough, could use paint. Inside was immaculate, very clean, well equipped and a pleasure to stay in. I even slept on the carpet without worry when my 5 year old had a bad dream. I would definitely stay at the location again.
