"We arrived to the hotel and were given a room that had a terrible noise on the AC. The window of the room on the 6th floor was broken. It was dirty, the water glass in the bathroom still had toothpaste marks as it was used before. I asked at the desk for another room, he said that that wasn’t possible, all rooms were taken.
