"This property is gorgeous! We loved sitting on our front porch area and enjoying the gardens. The place is gated and has security at all times so we always felt very safe on the property. The room was cleaned every day and it was always quiet after 10 PM. There’s a lot of amenities on the property. It was super convenient to walk over to the restaurant whenever we wanted a snack or a drink. We lounged by the pool and used their free kayaks. "This hotel is absolutely beautiful! There is a beautiful pool, a thermal springs hot pool, a game room with pool and ping pong, and gorgeous grounds. The rooms are comfortable and very nice. The dining is nice, but the food is ok. Having said that, the dining in the area, including Panajachel, is only average. Very safe place. It is right by the lake. "

"First of all, I want to share that the property manager, Yvann, is amazing at what he does, and has one of the most pleasant and helpful personalities I've met in my travels through Lake Atitlan. He made sure to answer all questions and book transportation needed at different moments. Having said that, the hotel is a bit out of the way and has very thin walls for you light sleepers.
