The room provided everything needed. Centrally located, felt safe. Owner very responsive. Was able to meet the housekeeping staff, Marianela was wonderful and went above and beyond. Upstairs deck area lovely.

We had a tiresome stay. My review of the hotel is that it’s a bad place to show up tired and hungry. We waited in lines for at about 4 hours a day. That includes waiting for the ferry and then waiting for dinner. The first day we waited 3.5 hours for a call from the restaurant near the front desk. ...
