Very sad

Well, the location is wrong. The address takes you to a business building. Trying to get an actual address is impossible. The actual location is inside the parking lot of the hospital WHICH! you have to pay if you get a rental per hour. To contact someone you have to use Spanish version no one answers for English. The room which everyone you get. Is decent for what you pay. But if you’re doing it for location…. It’s wrong.

We picked this property for its location near the Coliseum. We were going to a concert and wanted to walk across the street and not need to rely on Ubers. Unfortunately, the property is NOT located where it shows on the map. It is NOT a 4-minute walk (across the street) to the Coliseum. In fact, it is in a less-than-desirable section of town, on the grounds of the hospital, and a 40-minute walk to the Coliseum (we did not feel safe walking through this area). On top of having difficulty finding the property to begin with, they switched our booking to a smaller unit (which I did approve), and charged us for the more expensive unit. There were no sheets for the sofa beds that they knew we needed to use. There were only 2 bath towels for the 3 of us staying there, no other towels, washcloths, etc. There were ants on the floor and in the window, and some ants even got into my suitcase. I called the property when we got there and left a voicemail, but they never called me back. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and requested a refund, but I was told it is not their policy to issue refunds.

Excelente lugar y seguridad para tí y los tuyos los único que el pago del parking es alto, el Uber me buscó en los ticket de las villas para entrar y del choli allí son como 10 min en auto. Lo demás perfecto ! Me encantó
