The Neighborhood:

🏞️ Nestled in Hato Candal, Río Grande—your gateway to Puerto Rico’s best natural wonders! Explore El Yunque National Forest (10 mins) for scenic hiking and waterfalls. Unwind at Luquillo Beach & Kiosks (12 mins) for delicious local seafood, coconut water, and calm ocean waters. Nearby Carabalí Rainforest Park offers ATV rides and horseback riding. Local convenience store "Colmado La Despensa" is right on site for daily essentials!



Getting Around:

🚘 Renting a car is highly recommended to explore the east coast comfortably. Dedicated free parking is available right in front of the building. We are located approx. 30 minutes from San Juan Airport (SJU), 10–15 minutes from El Yunque and Luquillo Beach, and 25 minutes to the Ceiba Ferry for Culebra & Vieques day trips. Rideshares (Uber) are limited in this area.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.



Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.



To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.



Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

-You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

-You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

-You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.

-You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

🤝 We respect your privacy. For your peace of mind, an on-site property caretaker lives in a completely separate area on the estate. They are available to assist with any technical needs or local tips. 📱 I will also be available 24/7 via the Airbnb app for any questions or support during your stay.
