Featuring 5 rooms (2 master bedrooms with in suite bathrooms and king size beds, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds that you can exit straight to the pool, and another extremely cozy room with 2 queen beds), cable TV and WiFi, Casa Seaesta has all that it takes for you to relax and be comfortable.

Beautiful pool with sundeck, BBQ grill, compfy patio sofas on a very nice outside deck are waiting for you to enjoy. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher (no one should wash dishes while on vacation!), cute family room with TV and stereo system, ample dining area with 12 persons seating will be amazing for all your group to come together for some down time. And when you decide to take a two minutes walk to the beach, we also have you covered - you will find beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your beer to go and have fun under the caribbean sun.

This house has everything!! The location is 2 blocks from the beach and just off the main road in Santurce, great security and parking, fully stocked, beautiful pool, great deck with a huge grill, perfectly comfortable for our group of eight! The hosts communicated quickly to all questions and were extremely welcoming. We have already rebooked for next year!

Nice stay in San Juan!

Had a great experience here! Location is nice and the host was kind enough to be present when we arrived and showed us the property. The place could have used a better clean-found old eyelashes on the floor in one of the bedrooms and during our stay did some brooming to clear the dust/dirt for the little kids in our group who liked to play on the floor. Overall, happy to have stayed here!

We had an amazing stay at Mayra and John’s place in San Juan! They were fantastic hosts—warm, welcoming, and always available for anything we needed. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the best of San Juan with ease. We had the perfect amount of room for 8 girls on a girls trip. Having the pool & such a close walk to the beach & restaurants was awesome. Beds were also super comfortable and had nice linens. The hosts were very prompt and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

Great pool & location

We experienced a few minor maintenance issues during our stay (towel bar fell off wall, some water leaks from heavy rain, trash not picked up) but overall it's a wonderful property and a great space for a large group. The pool is awesome, and the location is super convenient to both the beach and to Calle Loiza with bars, shopping, restaurants, etc. just a couple of blocks away. It's also only about 10 minutes by car to the airport and 15 minutes to Old San Juan. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Family Getaway
