Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used beds unmade. Used linens and towels can be thrown in the laundry baskets left in each bedroom.
Please throw out food in garbage bags and dispose in outside garbage can. Please, DO NOT throw away food in the garage garbage can or ants and other pests will come.
Empty refrigerator. Anything left inside will be thrown away. Leave kitchen (including used pots and utensils) and eating area clean.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
