The water system in the island and in San Juan is currently under maintenance, which can occasionally result in disruptions. To mitigate this, we have installed a water tank reserve, although, unfortunately, on this occasion, it did not prevent the inconvenience you encountered. Regarding the pool advertisement, while we do not have a pool on-site, our sister property does, and we provide keys to guests staying in Isla Verde for their use. The sewer system in San Juan is indeed old, and disposing of toilet paper in the toilet can cause pipe clogs.
