* You may use the private parking space during your stay;
* Minimum age to rent is 21 years;
* You will be responsible for any damages to the rental property by you or your guests during your stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN
Guests may request an early check-in up to 2 days before their arrival. However, early check-in is not guaranteed, and any requests made before this 2-day window cannot be approved. If early check-in is possible, a fee of $25 per hour will be charged until the regular check-in time. Early check-ins will not be permitted before 8 am.

LATE CHECK-OUT
Guests may request a late check-out up to 2 days before their departure. Late check-outs are not guaranteed, and requests made before this 2-day window cannot be approved. If a late check-out is available, guests will incur a fee of $25 per hour or a fraction of an hour after the standard 11 am check-out time. An unauthorized late check-out after 11 am will result in a $100 charge fee, as it disrupts the cleaning staff's work schedule.
