This apartment is located at Marbella Del caribe Oeste , one of the most wanted condominiums in Isla verde. This condo apartment has a walk out balcony with an unobstructed 180 Degree ocean view!
cozy one bedroom has a king size bed, a living room with a full couch and a recliner for you to lean back and listen to the ocean waves with an spectacular view All comfy furniture!!!!! 2 flat screen TVs / DVD with 250 high speed wireless internet, central air conditioning, new stainless steel outdoor furniture. Also includes outside playground for children and BBQ area for friends and family.

Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and everything you need to feel at home. Complimentary assigned parking space underground you can rent a lounger and umbrella right at the beach for $10 a day.

The entire property is gated, there is direct access to the beach through a secured gate, using a key fob. THE BEACH IS YOUR BACK YARD!!!! Pool is amazing!!! adult / kids pool combo so, the family can be together at all time for fun in the sun☀️☀️ pool is gate as well for safety, so children can’t have access without an adult.

This spot is absolutely perfect! The photos in the listing don’t give justice to the breathtaking view from the balcony. Property is incredibly well maintained and in a safe and quiet neighborhood away from the main tourist areas. We will be coming again!

Great location on the beach, parking garage with elevators that take you directly to the 14th floor, close to the airport, walking distance to restaurants/stores. The condo itself was very clean and cozy for our needs. Small balcony off the living room to relax and watch the ocean and all the happenings on the beach. Kitchen is very small but well stocked. No dishwasher, so hand washing is necessary. No washer/dryer in the unit either; they are in another area of the building. The host was very responsive to any and all questions we had. The lobby of the building is going through remodeling, so access to the beach/pool area required walking outside and around the end of the building. Not a big deal for us but if someone has mobility issues, it would be a struggle.Security is very tight, making you wonder if you’re in the safest area but we encountered no issues whatsoever.

Wonderful getaway!

Loved the apartment! The view was fabulous, went to slept with the sound of ocean waves. Apartment had really everything you needed. Shopping and restaurants were all within a few blocks. Would not hesitate to vacation here.

Beautiful Getaway

After some confusion about which building, and some difficulty getting the key from the box, we were met with the mostcbeautiful balcony view. It's where we spent most of our evening and morning time.Very cute apartment with all the necessities and more. Comfy bed, nice shower.Some minor difficulties with the sliding door, a/c, and a brief power outage did not keep us from enjoying every minute.Beautiful beach, super friendly people, amazing food. Perfect location central to all our day trips.Maria was always responsive. We will be back!

This is our second stay in this complex and really cant beat the location, convenience and views. Check in was easy and communication smooth. The unit is a bit dated but fit the bill perfectly for us. We found it to be very clean and had all necessary accessories to enjoy our stay. We would stay here again.

We had an outstanding stay in this apartment. The manager thought of every convenience you could possibly need on vacation and provided it. The bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and in working order. We have been coming to PR for 17 years and this was our best stay by far. We will be booking with Maria for next year.

The location of this condo on the beach is spectacular. If a beach vacation is what you are looking for, look no further. Easy to rent chairs and an umbrella or use those provided by the owner. The condo itself is tastefully decorated and has all of the basics. Easy over to the airport or to old DJ. We will be back for sure! Thank you Maria!

Beachfront Beauty

This place is exactly as listed. The view from the balcony and bedroom is priceless. Within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, cofffee shops,CVS and Walgreens. The provided beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler were life savers! Everything you need including umbrellas for the occasional rain showers. Great communication with the host. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful Condo and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful 14th floor condo. The apartment is clean and light-filled with an incredible view of the ocean from the beautiful balcony. Everything about the condo is exactly as described and the beach, literally right outside the door, is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The only drawback was that there was an apartment across the hall that was being renovated and the noise was very loud for the first three days. While this was disappointing, we spent our days at the beach and by the time we returned the noise had stopped. It then stopped entirely for the rest of our stay. I consider it a one-time issue and would not let it stop me from highly recommending the condo. Overall, our experience was excellent and exactly what we needed!

Perfect in every way!

This condo was perfect - excellent location, just 15 minutes from old San Juan, 45 minutes from El Yunque Rain Forrest, and 50 minutes from the Bioluminescent Bay in Fajard. We rented a car to drive to each of these locations (which I highly recommend) and having the garage parking space was so convenient, especially when it rained. The condo was absolutely lovely and well equipped. The bed was comfy and the sheets smelled amazing, the central a/c and the strong water pressure were perfect, but the views were the star of the show. Every morning we woke up to the beautiful ocean views, had our breakfast on the balcony, and our glass of wine and snacks there later in the day. The balcony is completely private (you can't see any other balcony around you) and covered, so even if it was raining we could sit out there and watch the storms roll in, read a book, etc. Maria was incredibly quick to respond to all of our questions and provided some great recommendations. The kitchen had everything we needed for quick meal prep or to reheat restaurant leftovers, and there were several great restaurants within walking distance. This was our first time in Puerto Rico and it was wonderful because of Maria and her condo. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amazing Views, Very Clean, Great Beach (views & swimming), w/ Some Deferred Maintence

Beautiful views day and night from the balcony. Living room and dining area are in overall good condition and the seating was very comfortable. There are deferred maintenance items in the kitchen and bathroom and sliding door tack would stick at times to the balcony. Shower has good pressure and the shampoo/bodwash provided was a nice touch. A prior guest had broken the beach chairs and they had not been replaced yet (we had ask during the stay as we couldn't find them... it was was a bummer as we forced to rent chairs at all beaches we visited during our visit.) Garage parking is very nice but very tight and low. Our rental was upgraded from a sedan to mid-size suv, I wouldn't advise anything much wider. Directions once arriving to the property could have been improved regarding underground garage layout and elevator location. The host was very nice to include a few basic provisions. There is a Walgreens within walking distance and mini mart a bit further away still accessible on foot. Bring multiple charger connection types for phones/electronics. Most outlets worked but some of the lamp USB ports were broken. The area felt very safe during the day and night and noise was never an issue.

Beautiful Getaway

Pros: Location is great, it's close to lots of great restaurants, convenient stores, coffee shops, a gift shop, and located right on the beach with a relaxing balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. Cons: Check in process was not easy. I'm not sure what the security guards name was when we arrived, but he was not very helpful or nice. Tried showing him and telling him the number of the condo we were checking into and all he could say was east or west, so please know that you the condo is on the east side. He kept wanting me to go to the wing set of condos. Thankful that Maria (owner of condo) was willing to talk to him to straighten things out. The condo itself needs a little work. The kitchen sink faucet feels like it is going to break off in your hands when you try to use it, the thermostat is hard to work when you try to adjust the temp on the thermostat it suits off and you can't read it and then it comes back on as if the thermostat had some bad wiring in it, the shampoo & conditioner dispenser in the shower didn't work, and there was a dead roach behind the waste basket in the bathroom.
