Great Property Beach and Pool

Wonderful 3 night stay after stranded in Puerto Rico because of weather in USA. 13 people comfortably and the property was lovely, great location. Rooms were nick and clean, great views and close local dining. The property manager answered any of our questions immediately. Would highly recommend.

Family trip

We go to PR for our family trip every couple of years. And this was the best property we have stayed at in Puerto Rico. We had room for everyone, we close to everything. From the beach outside the gate to the gorgeous back yard, it was amazing.

Making 80 look good

Family reunion to celebrate 80th birthday of matriarch. It was a blast. pool, ocean, pool, ocean, pool, ocean, eat, pool, ocean, eat....We relaxed, chilled out and had an great time.

Lovely house for a PR family/group vacation. The pool was refreshing during the August heat and the ocean views and access are unbeatable. AC in different areas of the house and street parking was not a problem. I’d highly recommend it. The w/d had issues during our stay but the hosts were kind and accommodating.

Perfect home!

This place was amazing! It was clean, spacious and in a great location. It was steps away from a beautiful beach with clear water. The little downtown area is also very cute and felt safe. The property manager was also very accommodating. Whenever I had a question or needed him on site, he was available. Great experience!

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful house directly across the street from a beach. Our family spent hours at the beach and at the pool. The host Jacob was accommodating and attentive to any questions/needs that we had. We recommend this property to anyone. It was suitable for our large family gathering of 11 adults and 3 kids. Thanks for having us!

This place was amazing!

We had a group of 14 adults stay for a long weekend and the place could not have been better. The listing accurately shows what you're getting. The location is great (secluded, beach access, groceries and other essentials all nearby, quick access to other restaurants/shopping). And the property manager was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it. We will be back!

Great place to gather with family for graduation celebration

The home is just as pictured in the booking.Right on the beach, centrally located. We were able to visit the rainforest, jetski, horseback ride and RVT all within a five mile radius. The only area of concern was the outside area. The pillows need to be cleaned and the outside yard games were broken or missing pieces.

Wonderful Stay!

From the beginning nothing but good things to say. Charles was very attentive during the booking process and Jacob on site was always available for help with anything we needed. We had a large group (12 adults, 2 kids) and this house was the perfect size. Guests loved the layout being able to lock up their rooms and everyone having their own bathroom. The pool was a fantastic spot to hang out with the kids as well as the upper deck. If you booked for a long stay I would highly recommend having Jacob do some shopping ahead of time and stock the house. It was really nice to have that done ahead of time. We also hired chef Janice through Fix A Trip and Sergio. She was fantastic. Can’t say enough about the team here. Luquillo was so much fun. This house is right on the beach and a short walk to some local restaurants, bars and stores. Reserve a night at Sama for a delicious high end meal only a 5 minute walk up the street. A note for people who are not familiar with the ocean. The waves, currents and rip tides can be rough so please check the local weather reports and be safe. We will definitely be back!

Underwhelmed- Not the caliber expected at this price point

The views are stunning; the pool area, front balcony and yard are great. Ocean was great but beach had broken glass and litter. Owner provided dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper but no soap in the showers. Must exit to the outside to reach the kitchen/dining and TV area from all bedrooms except 1 and 3 ensuite bedrooms are not connected to any other part of the house except to the outside which is difficult for children. The kitchen is not well stocked- low-quality cookware is stained; cooking utensils are low quality- cooking knives with chipped blades. Furniture is mostly Ikea; beds have foam toppers and low-quality bedding. No soap in the showers, broken towel rack in 1 bath. No guest info book outlining key info about the house: dealing with power outages, garbage, wifi, etc. No plastic glassware or plates for use in the pool area. Outdoor cushions and pillows have mildew, one SUP was flat; no kayaks as per listing; golf putters and paddles broken, 1 of 2 sun umbrellas was broken, tall palm trees loaded with coconuts pose a safety risk to those on the pool deck. This info was shared with the property manager who offered a discount on a future rental but no concession on $$$ paid saying, 'it was not good for his business'. At this price point, attention to detail and customer relations are lacking. The neighborhood is mixed with some vacant properties strewn with trash including an abandoned school property that had squatters. Local contact was very responsive.

Everything about the house was great! Charles was super helpful and accommodating. The house itself was in a fantastic location. Everything inside was updated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool and porches were the perfect gathering spot for our party of 14. No one wanted to leave! I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to be back to visit soon!

Fantastic property

The house was well equipped with everything we needed! Cleaning supplies/toiletries/beach towels! The home was clean, well laid out, and the outside was fantastic for our entire family to gather and also relax. It’s worth noting that some of the bedrooms are accessed through separate outside entrances. It was not an issue at all- we were just surprised by that lay out. The neighborhood is nice with some restaurants within walking distance.

House exceeded our expectations. We had 11 family members stay there and everyone loved the layout. I would suggest the installation of grab handles in the showers as a safety measure. The front gate remote did not function. Custodian said it needed battery. Highly recommended.

Excellent location for a vacation. Property recently renovated and Property Manager was excellent. Propery located at the end of the street. Large property with amenities included and beach is just a few steps away. Can't wait to return here.

We travelled here with a few friends and family to get married in a small ceremony. It was such a fantastic villa and location to do so. Other than the ceremony, there is a very nice beach right in front, good areas to take walks, coffee shops, supermarkets and anything you might need not too far away. We prepared most of our meals in the kitchen, that is open to a dining area that seats everyone and living room next to that. There is a pool out back that is very nice as well. The rooms were comfortable clean. People in the area are chill. Overall the house is a great location for a group of up to 16 people who wish to gather in a common place. We would consider returning again.
