Welcome to Villa Violeta, a beautiful, refurbished beach house with pool, just steps from Isla Verde Beach, selected by USA Today in 2016 as one of the best Urban beaches in the world.
(THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, CLOSE TO OTHER HOMES.
SORRY, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
NO MUSIC OR OUTSIDE LOUD NOISE PERMITTED AT NIGHT.)
The villa accommodates a total of 13 persons in six bedrooms and 5 baths.
It is in a perfect location due to;
1 proximity to the beach, only 1 minute walk.
2 proximity to restaurants, hotels, night life, bars, grocery store, pharmacy and shops, all within couple minutes walking distance.
3 10 min drive to any major attraction in San Juan such as Old San Juan, Condado and La Placita de Santurce.
The villa is fully ac'd, has good wifi, and cable tv.
It also has a pool, power generator and water cistern.

Spring Break in PR

Property was clean, well maintained, ample space for our group of ten, and centrally located. It was within walking distance to the beautiful Isla Verde beach and only a block or two away from multiple restaurants. My only complaint is that there werent very many electrical outlets, a problem solved with a couple of surge protectors.

Awesome first time experience in Puerto Rico

We were very happy with our stay here. Reuben made us quite comfortable and provided plenty of information regarding the island when we were checking in. The property is beautiful and close to the airport so it made our travel plans much easier. We would definitely recommend this property to large families or groups of friends, it was worth it!

Our stay at this property was wonderful!! It was the perfect size for our group. We had a very short walk to the beach and also had no problems with driving or ubering. My only negative would be there were limited items stocked in the house. (The basics were there.) Our host, Ruben, was especially helpful and so very nice. I definitely would stay here again.

We visited for a week for a family wedding. The property accommodated a large group - all adults. Great property and location overall. Only negative - the AC compressors of the hotel property across the street are noisy 24/7 and a bit unsightly.

Amazing location and home

I came with a group of friends. The house was spread out enough where everybody had their own rooms and time to decompress. Walking distance to beach and there’s a really cute breakfast café right on the corner that you can also walk to. Old town is very close by we rented a car, but you could Uber.. The house is exactly as pictured. It was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I loved it and would use this place again

Perfect!

Villa Violeta was the perfect accommodation for our family. The kitchen and living room were spacious, there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the pool was terrific for the kids. The location is also excellent - right down the street from the beach, grocery store less than five minutes away, plus easy access to Old San Juan and El Yunque Rainforest.

Post wedding stay

House and host were great! My daughter got married in Puerto Rico so we extended with a few friends to unwind after the event. Excellent, clean, comfortable house to unwind at with some great restaurants and bars walking distance or short Uber ride. And only about ten minutes from airport. Rubin personally met us for checkin and checkout making it convenient. He was a treat.

Family vacation

This was an excellent place for a family vacation. We were all together yet everyone had their own space. As stated in previous reviews, the pool looks small but was perfect for our family of 10 and the beach was a short walk away. The kitchen was pretty well equipped however it could have had a couple large serving bowls. The manager was very responsive to any requests.

Great House!

This property is located close to restaurants, the beach and a big grocery store. It is a very short walking distance to all of the things you need. We had two rental cars and they had a nice two car garage. In the VRBO add they stated a hot tub. There is NO hot tub and the pool is NOT heated. Other than that, the property was so nice with all of the beds and baths! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

First Visit to Puerto Rico

The Villa Violeta is comfortable and convenient for a large gathering of friends and family. Nine of us had privacy but large areas to congregate. Large kitchen and living room allowed us to visit and make meals together. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach and chairs are provided at the house which was handy. Our small pool was perfect for keeping cool while outside. Rueben, our property contact, was helpful and friendly and responsive to our needs. Restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed a family meal at one of several restaurants at The Fairmont which was nearby. We have only positive things to say about this 6 BR/5 bathroom property.

Loved our stay at Villa Violetta! Great house and accommodations. Spacious interior with many bedroom options because of the additional 2 guest houses in rear of the property. Beds were very comfortable, air conditioning worked well with no issues.Very short walk to the beach. Property has beach chairs and cooler available. Beach also rents chaise chairs for 5.The local property manager, Ruben, was very attentive and always available if we had questions. We had zero issues with check in or check out.There are several local restaurant options to walk to and Ubers are plentiful.the outdoor space is amazing, so nice to sit by the pool after a beach excursion. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

On a family trip with adults and children and the house fit us of all comfortably. We didn’t feel like we were in each others way. Its proximity to the beach and restaurants makes this an ideal location. The thoughtful and personal touches like welcome kit, beach chairs and umbrella for their guest shows the owner cares about your stay. The communication from Jose and the property manager Ruben made the stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we head back to San Juan!

House was perfect for 10 family members..from 60yrs old down to 8yrs old...there is no hot tub as in description...but everything else was great...1 block from beautiful beach...24hr hr grocery store close by...restraunt block away...great 2 car garage..10 minutes from San Juan airport...rooms big enough..bathrooms adequate..nice kitchen n appliances...property manager easily accesible and friendly n helpful...perfect stay in Puerto Rico for family...pool perfect for evening relaxing...perfect size bbq...only issue was some lites not working or bulbs needed replaced...great vacation place for families

Ladies get together

This house was a lovely space for a group of 10. We had more than enough room to spread out and also space where we could be together. The neighborhood is lovely. Steps from the beach and also plenty of food within walking distance. The property manager Rueben is a great guy that meets you at the property and shows you around. We had a little glitch with our texts not getting to each other but once we figured that out, we were on track. Even let us drop our bags early so we could go explore the neighborhood I would definitely recommend this house to anyone

Villa Violeta was the perfect house for 8 women to celebrate turning 40 together! Great walking distance to the beach. They had enough chairs to accommodate us all. Ruben was very responsive too. The water temperature and pressure would have been the only improvement needed. However, we knew that going in from other reviews and being on an island.

San Juan Fun

Came to San Juan with 3 other couples for my 60th birthday celebration. Property is located next to Ritz-Carlton. Ritz currently closed for renovation. Short 1 block walk to a beautiful beach. Host provides beach chairs and a cooler. Property was nice. Did have struggles with hot water. Several restaurants nearby. I would return to this property. Highly recommended getting a private chef for a few meals.

Nice house, great set up for groups

We had a group of 8 that came to town to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The house itself was great for our group, we had a lot of space and the bathroom and bedroom ratios were good for us. We loved the pool, and proximity to the beach. Getting to and from old San Juan and other parts of town was an easy and affordable Uber ride away. The biggest issue we had was being given only one key, with a second key being provided upon request. For a group of 8, it was a little challenging to always coordinate keys while we were out and about. We would recommend putting in a garage door opener with a keypad, or putting a keypad/lockbox somewhere external if more keys can’t be passed out.
