There is a complete misrepresentation about on site parking. There are paid lots near by, but up to you to secure a spot. The lot that “they recommended” doesn’t even do overnight parking. Additionally, the apartment was not clean upon arrival. The shower drain did not drain properly — we take quick showers, yet we were left standing in inches of water, and it took all night for the water to fully drain. This is unacceptable. The window/shower ledge was visibly dirty and even had someone else’s hair tie left behind. The floor near the nightstand had visible dirt and debris, as though it had not been swept or mopped.
The air conditioner never got it to the desired coolness, thankfully there was also a fan. Cleanliness issues and inaccurate parking information significantly impacted our experience.
