This place was lovely! Very clean with plenty of towels and some dishes/a microwave. They even provided an extra fan to supplement the AC. The property was walking distance from several restaurants and beaches. Overall good experience. Would stay again!

Location was very nice, central location where basically the Main Street is located. Easy to get to and felt safe. Bed was comfortable and tv with apps were easy to use. Had some ants come out of no where but think bc it’s PR they like sweet smells. Only complaint is the garbage truck at 5 am in morning and the noise from outside the unit.. but nothing out of the ordinary bc it’s PR. I use to live further down many years ago, so that is typical for living near the main walkway in the area.

This is a nice unit in a great building in a perfect location. The Condado Beach just down the street is great, and there are lots of places to eat nearby. The unit is nice. The pool and pool deck are delightful! There are manatees in the lagoon behind the unit, and you can rent standup paddleboards or canoes a few buildings down to see them! Two things to note: the VRBO listing sends you to a paid parking lot that is very expensive, however, you can park under the building just to the west of this building much cheaper. Also, the entrance to the laundry room is on the outside of the west side of the building (we found it while parking). We couldn't get the coffee pot to work, but the kitchen was otherwise nicely appointed. I appreciated that the renter gave us bath and beach towels to use. The renter was great at responding.
