The Space:

This 1,200-square-foot apartment sits on the 8th floor of ESJ Towers, directly on Isla Verde's beach, with one bedroom, one bathroom, and two queen beds comfortably sleeping up to four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped — refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, blender, toaster and ice maker — with a dining table for meals in. A patio or balcony frames the ocean view, and the living area brings in city views as well. The building itself adds to the experience, with a doorman, lift and gym for guests who want to keep up a routine while away.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

Check-in is contactless via a smart lock code. The building has a doorman and an lift, and both free and paid parking options are available.



The Area:

Isla Verde is Carolina's beachfront strip, known for its wide sandy beach, beachfront hotels and casinos, and an easy walk to restaurants and nightlife — all just minutes from San Juan proper. It's a favourite for travellers who want resort-style beach days without giving up quick access to the city, and for families thanks to its calmer stretch of water compared to Old San Juan's more exposed coastline.



Getting Around:

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport is just minutes away by car — Isla Verde is one of the closest beach areas to SJU on the island, an estimated 5-10 minute drive. Old San Juan and Condado are both a short drive away, and taxis and rideshare-style transport are widely available for getting around without a car.

Arrival & Departure

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 11:00 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honour the checkout time.

- Unauthorised late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.

Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in Isla Verde

- Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. This property does not have a backup generator. During an outage, we recommend keeping devices charged in advance and being mindful of perishable food.

- Water Supply: Water outages are uncommon, and we're prepared with backup water tanks on-site. If an external service interruption happens, we recommend using water only for the essentials and pausing the washing machine until service is restored.

- Extended Outages: If an outage lasts more than 3 hours and you choose to stay, you may request a refund for the affected nights. If you'd prefer to cancel the remainder of your stay, you may request a refund for the unused nights.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
