Hacienda Margarita—Private Pool Spacious Home with VIEWS!

  • Spend your vacation relaxing in a large 4 bedroom home, full A/C and enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Well-maintained PRIVATE HOME located in Hacienda Margarita - a beautiful gated community with security. Located between Luquillo and Fajardo.
    Spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and El Yunque Rain Forest. 5 minute drive to several spectacular beaches (including several surf beaches). 65" TV, WI-FI, cable and a full size pool table. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE! No noise/swimming after 10pm. Must be respectful of neighbors.

    This 2400 sq ft home has two fabulous balconies, one covered, the other with 800 square feet of space and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach!

    Community space has Tennis (with Pickleball lines--we have a net available upon request), Basketball, Large pool for lap swimming, and playground.

    In addition to private pool--Pool table, Cornhole, and games/puzzles.

    Kitchen has cooktop range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, wine cooler, Vitamix and complete kitchen supplies.

    Short drive to Culebra and Vieques ferries. Close to the El Yunque Rain Forest. Only 34 miles from Old San Juan hosting El Morro and San Cristobal forts, and the old city. Great restaurants are only minutes away.

    This home is the perfect location to enjoy all the activities of Puerto Rico. The community is quiet and peaceful. Unusually large home lots for Puerto Rico provides privacy and peacefulness. Watch the cruise ships pass by during the evening. Enjoy all the water sports during the day and then come home to relax on the deck!

The host was amazing. They had everything you would want including extra beach towels even though we filled the place to capacity. There were plenty of dishes to serve multiple meals. Beach charis and other beach toys. Dishwasher and washer and dryer got a lot of use with our big group. Well stocked kitchen with all the starters (coffee, creamer, etc.) Safe neighborhood. Hostess was very communicative and understanding. Couldn't have been better.

This home was spectacular and Connie was the best host I’ve ever experienced. The views of the rainforest and ocean are incredible along with the yard for teen boys to run and play. The home itself had lots of areas to congregate and get privacy. As others have mentioned it was incredibly well stocked with kitchen items, toys, outdoor items and supplies like detergent and first aid kits. We also loved the location and neighborhood. I’d return in a heartbeat!

Absolutely Perfect

I cannot say enough about our stay in Luquillo at Connie’s rental. The location was close to literally everything we wanted to do and a short easy drive to the airport. The house has every amenity you could imagine from an abundance of beach towels, floaters and even a yoga mat! The bed was so comfortable, the views were incredible and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely book this property! Can’t wait toBe back again!

Great location and family home

We had a wonderful time in this home. Plenty of room for the 7 of us and the kids enjoyed the pool. Close to the beach and restaurants and the neighborhood was very nice. My sister and I enjoyed walking the hills in the neighborhood loop in the morning.

Just returned from an amazing stay at Connie’s home in PR. The house is absolutely beautiful and the views breathtaking. Connie is a wonderful host, very responsive to any questions we had, even FaceTimed us to help with a TV issue! The home is stocked with everything you could ever need for an amazing stay. Great stay over the holidays!

The owner Connie is fantastic to communicate with and quick to respond. She provided information on activities, beaches, dining, etc. The house was very clean and spacious, the outdoor table and patio area provide a great spot to hang out by the pool. This is the most stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve stayed in, plus yard games, towels, coolers, high chair, pack and play etc. This was a great choice for our family of 5 (4 adults, 1 baby), we would absolutely stay again! We worked with chef Mari Blanca who lives in the neighborhood for some great meals she provided, highly recommended!

2024 family vacation to PuertoRico

The house was beautiful, great setup. It had everything. Plenty of space for our large group and safe neighborhood. The host had everything needed at the home. Plenty of activities on the Property and many supplies for the beach as well. Just wish they were less strict with not parties. Should allow families get togethers. Connie the host was always communicated when needed. Besides that they are a wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful property and host!

Connie was a terrific communicator from the very beginning and clearly invested in ensuring we had a great experience. And we sure did! The house and kitchen are better appointed than any in our experience and nothing is lacking. (Eg Vitamix, lots of beach towels, boogie boards, etc.) The home is so comfortable in every way, and the pool was such a treat. There is also a larger lap pool in the complex which was an unexpected bonus. The location was ideal for us with outstanding beaches and hikes. Would highly recommend! Thanks, Connie!

Nice stay in Luquillo

Absolutely gorgeous views! We spent many hours lounging by the pool, taking in the surroundings. The house worked perfectly for our family (2 adults and 4 kids), allowing everyone space to spread out when desired. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfy. Connie and Mike were wonderful - very communicative, even checking in with us when the power went out due to a storm (no issues there - backup battery kicked right in). Our only (very slight) issue was getting in through the gate into the community. The guard didn't always react quickly so there were a few times we were sitting at the entrance, confused about how to get in or out. Overall, it's a wonderful house, and we would happily stay here again!

Amazing house and owners!!

My family had a medical emergency a month before our trip and Connie was so flexible and accommodated us in every way possible. She even checked up on how my dad was doing. The house was amazing. It’s located in a quiet, gated community. The view in the back of the house, over looking the awesome pool, is beautiful!! My kids loved the pool, it was the perfect temperature all week. The pool table was a hit too. The beds were something I was worried about when looking at all houses and let me tell you the beds were heaven after a long day!! I can’t say enough things about Connie and how she very above and beyond for my family. I am forever grateful to her for helping make our vacation amazing. I will never forget her kindness and graciousness.

Fantastic house and VIEW!

A group of four women friends and I stayed at this house for a week. I am SO glad we chose this place! It was very comfortable for us all. The highlights for us were: 1) the view is so stunning and peaceful. Mountains on one side, ocean on the other. Doesn’t get much better. We spent way more time than we’d planned relaxing around the pool/ outdoor lounging area because it was so zen and beautiful. 2) the owner Connie was fantastically responsive and helpful. She has the house outfitted to provide everything we needed- including TP, laundry detergent, hand soaps, coffee, etc etc. A lot of rental homes make you shop for these things yourself and I so appreciate when they are all provided so that you can go straight into vacation mode, instead of having to go get all this stuff. Really top-notch service from her. 3) the location- super convenient to multiple beautiful beaches, great food, sights like El Yunque and bioluminescence kayaking, and of course SJU (45 min drive). You do need a rental car around this area but the driving is easy. I used acqui coqui for our rental and had a great experience with them. We came back so relaxed and happy with our vacation. Highly recommend this spot and would love to come back!!

Everything you want in your PR vacation

For us the property (gated community) was located perfectly. Not only we enjoyed the pool surrounded by stunning views of El Yunque and the ocean, but the house is within 10/15 mins drive from Ceiba (airport/ferry to Culebra or Vieques) and Coabras (bio luminescent bay; water taxi to Cayo Icacos or Palomino), a 5/10 mins drive from the Luquillo Beach and kiosks and about 15 mins from El Yunque; within a 5 mins drive from supermarkets and other necessities (CVS, Walgreens, Pet stores, gas stations) etc. San Juan is about 45 to an hr drive depending on the time of the day. The house is high on a hill so it’s breezy in the afternoons. Kitchen is very well equipped, and appliances are good quality, which we appreciated. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable each with a A/C split unit (important for us from So Fla) Warning: the sound of Coquis may drive you insane the first night, but you’ll quickly get used to them and appreciate PR’s National pride. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, we went for long walks. You’re either going down or up on the steep streets in Hacienda Margarita, (very similar as you would in San Francisco) You can also see cows grazing near by and pick up free mangoes from a box in front of a neighbor’s home. If you want to relax doing nothing except play pool and read, this is your house, and if you want to do a lot, this is your house. The owner Connie is great and always available to answer any questions.
