    Located just minutes away from two of Puerto Rico's most famous beaches, Seven Seas and Luquillo, the Zebra House is the perfect spot for sun, sand, and surf. And for those who love to explore, there are also a number of smaller secluded beaches nearby to discover. El Yunque Rainforest and Bioluminescent Bay are also just steps away.

    If you're looking for adventure on the water, the Villa Marina yacht harbor is 4 minutes away, offering a range of sailing, snorkeling, diving, and other watersports activities.

    Zebra House features three freshly renovated bedrooms—each with AC and a fan—for restful sleep. The fully equipped kitchen has brand-new appliances for easy at-home cooking. In the airy living room, unwind with the 65" TV; two fans keep things comfortable. You’ll also find a large dining table, two smaller tables, six chairs, and a futon for flexible seating.

    For those who need to work remotely, we have you covered too. Our height-adjustable electronic computer desk comes complete with a printer, scanner, curved 27" monitor, and KVM/docking station for two notebooks. Just add your notebook!

    We also provide beach chairs, extra sheets and pillows, and comforters as needed, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience. And with private parking available, you can rest easy knowing your car is safe and secure.

Great location

We spent a month here and it was perfect and just what we were looking for. The location was very convenient. It was not far from the airport and close to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. The house had everything we needed for the time we were there. The owner was quick to respond if we needed anything.

Awesome property and location!

My recent stay was awesome and great with warmth hospitality. The property itself was clean and a very great location where everything was almost walking distance; especially the nearest bakery. Boris was a great and attentive host and i highly recommend staying here. I will definitely come back.

The Zebra house

In a nutshell the place is perfect. Though it is a a self-check in property, the host was very attentive to make sure we were satisfied. The property has everything you need for a beach trip. It is close to the beach, restaurants and many other things to do. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back soon

This is a normal house in a normal PR neighborhood. Nothing fancy but I felt safe there and it had all housing/beach items you could want. This house needs attention, it feels like a neglected rental. The cleaning needs to be stepped up. There are ants, spiders, and roaches. AC in bedrooms only but the living room fan does well. I’d stay there again bc I’m easy and can handle some speed bumps. If you aren’t that way, maybe look elsewhere.

What a wonderful place! Boris responded quickly to inquiries. Spacious, even the kitchen had room for two. 15 min walk to the grocery store, 15 min walk to an ice cream shop.

My Zebra house stay

The Zebra house was very clean and well stocked. Easy to get to and good location near #3 highway to get around to beaches, San Juan and other locations. All 3 bedrooms have AC but not living/dining/kitchen area. Would definitely stay there again. Communication with Boris was great.

Mothers Day Getaway

This was a great stay at the Debra house from start to finish. The host Boris is wonderful and was available for communication about anything from the time before we arrived in island all the way after. There are all sorts of necessities when you arrive for the beach and plenty of space to sleep for about 5-8 people depending on the ages. We had a nice time and my kids enjoyed the zebra theme and toys in the room with the bunks. Would recommend and use again.

Fantastic Stay at Zebra House – Thoughtfully Equipped & Comfortable!

I had an amazing stay at Zebra House! The space was well-designed, comfortable, and perfect for relaxation. Each room had its own air conditioning and ceiling fans, which made it easy to stay cool and comfortable throughout my visit. One of the things I truly appreciated was the thoughtful amenities. Coming from an international destination with just a bag of clothes, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Zebra House had everything I needed for a beach day—including a cooler, chairs, and all the essentials. It was such a convenience not having to purchase extra beach gear! Amazing trip to Puerto Rico.

Zebra house was really big and very clean. I stayed with my family and we really loved the place. It was 5 minutes to the beach we were going every day. I was working remote and internet speed was amazing. Boris was really nice person he was guiding us during our stay. He had nice working environment with desk you can adjust high and nice gaming chair. Every room has a AC which is something you must have in PR.

Puerto Rico at its best!

Zebra house is what a family needs when you come to Puerto Rico. We were very happy with the overall condition of the house. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We we'll definitely be using this house as a main home-base whenever we go back to Puerto Rico. Everything it's near by and convenient; supermarket, restaurants and bakerys are all within short drive distance. The Owner truly wants to make sure everything is good with the syay and the experience. Boris, the owner is just great!

Great getaway destination

The Zebra House is spacious, thoughtfully equipped and has everything to make me feel at home. It is located a short drive from the shopping plaza, the beaches, and other local attractions. I was able to comfortably work remotely, taking advantage of the high speed Internet, the office electronic equipment and furniture. The living room has louvers rather than glass windows designed to keep out the rain and let the breeze in. All bedrooms have air conditioners. I hope to return to the Zebra House in the future.

Great place for workation

Perfect place if you want to enjoy the hikes, ocean, great food and still be connected. The house has a new and well maintained kitchen with all the stuff you need to cook and fast internet service. Video conferences are a breeze. Minutes drive to a great beaches. You wake up early, go for a swim, then come back, make a breakfast (or stop by in a nearby coffee place) and you join your work morning call fresh and full of energy. The modern raised desk stand, printer and curved monitor - very pleasant surprise (I work on a computers a lot). Everything is close to the house. If you need anything or have a question - the owner is very responsive and does extra step to comfort and help.

Great property with an even better host

Property was absolutely as advertised. It was the 2nd property I stayed at during the same trip and it was by far a better experience. Boris is on top of his game. The space was beautiful and you could tell he cares for the home in great detail. Everything was in working order and he made certain there were plenty of supplies to get us through our stay. To take it a step further, he went out of his way several times to provide options locally and further away to spend our time, restaurants etc. I would absolutely love to stay at this property again and would be more than confident to refer my friends and family here as well. From a location standpoint is is very close to the take off point for the excursions to Culebra and Vieques with good proximity to the San Juan airport (approx 45 min drive to the airport)

Zebra House stay was just perfect!!!!

The Zebra house was an amazing stay and great location. Just mins away from some of the most gorgeous beaches & easy highway access to the tropical El Yunque. The relaxing 40 min drive from the airport to the Zebra house is perfect. So many Latin restaurants, major supermarkets, pharmacies and fast-food chains open late & close by. Boris highly recommend the "El Pescador resturant". OMG the whole lobster for $30 was huge and two people could share. The Zebra House is absolutley sensationa!!l Boris was so quick to respond to any questions and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The house was fully equipped with everything you might need on yoir stay. From beach chairs to beach unmbrellas and even ☕️ coffee in the kitchen. If you looking for a perfect, safe and relaxing place then you have found your search for your stay. Boris we want to thank you so much for all your thought put into the house as you made our stay just perfect. We look forward in definitely returning back to The Zebra House.

Great place in a good location. Will only get better

Boris was great, the property was good, and the location was wonderful (so close to such much beautiful nature). The only reason I considered rating it four stars is because the property isn't truly done yet. Some minor things like a light fixture wasn't up, some tools in the drawers, a little pealing paint, etc. It was great for us. There was a strong theme, and there's clearly a lot of work put into it. It's not a 5-star place yet, but it will be soon, so I'm rating it a 5. Also, just fyi, there are a lot of noisy animals in Fajardo, and it seems like most places around there don't have glass windows, including the zebra house. Just be aware that roosters and cats might make noise early in the morning, and prepare accordingly :). ( Though we loved the frog and bird sounds overnight)

The Absolute BEST EXPERIENCE!

Boris and the property management team were absolutely amazing. Originally upon check in there were a few items left behind from previous guests. Boris AND the property manager both reached out to me and had it fixed within the HOUR! Not too mention the constant follow up calls afterwards to ensure everything was going smoothly! Boris was so receptive to any notes I had to offer about picky little things like "recommended kitchenware" and other amenities. This was hands down one of the best vacation stays we've ever had. Our siblings told us they'll never forget the Zebra House and it's committed aesthetic. The view of the sunrise is everything you could want from the front yard windows. The AC units keep the rooms perfect during a hot island stay. The kitchen had SO much room for food and other dishware. The lamps in the rooms were also charging stations! Boris and his team absolutely pulled out all the stops for this vacation home and I am confident we will book here EVERY chance we get while we're in Puerto Rico!
