Wonderful 2 bedroom with bunk bed for the kids. Clean and safe condo on the beach and a great pool onsite. Minutes from El Yunque. Great communication with host, including many recommendations for activities and restaurants nearby.

This is our second time staying at the Crab Shack and we loved it just as much as last year. Great location, clean pool, private beach, close to restaurants. The condo has everything you need: spacious bedrooms, laundry, full kitchen, and lots of beach gear/towels. The host responds very quickly via phone, text, and VRBO app and is always very helpful. Highly recommend this property!

The host was awesome, she was super quick to respond when questions were asked. The poolAnd beach were both wonderful. The beach was empty 80% of the time we were here. All the extra beach and sand items that were available were great! This place was FANTASTIC!

This condo was a great, affordable option for our family of two adults and two boys, ages 10 years and 10 months, to explore the eastern side of PR and San Juan. We arrived late at night, and the host had a baby seat ready to go at the table and the pack and play set up and ready for the baby to go right to sleep. My 10 year old loved boogie boarding at the beach with the provided boards. The beach was beautiful and uncrowded, and the rainforest is a short drive away. Thanks for the great stay!

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at the Crab Shack. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed.The grounds are very well maintained and the access to the beach/pool and rainforest close by were amazing. The beach is quiet and very calm and safe for young children.We would definitely visit this complex again.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time on our trip to Puerto Rico and loved coming home to this retreat. There were plenty of supplies and we were so thrilled to have access to the beach equipment. The host was super accommodating and responsive, they really helped us out. Hoping to travel back!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Pool was refreshing, so close to the beach, comfy condo, close to el yunque, Fajardo, and other places! It was clean and stocked with chairs for the beach, volleyball, and had a cute balcony to relax on. 10/10. Would totally stay again.

Sunny getaway

The description of the property is spot on! Yohanys is a wonderful host and has thought of everything to make a stay in Puerto Rico perfect. The pool and beach access were a dream for our laid back, sunny, getaway! I highly recommend this place.

Great stay and beautiful property

We had a great stay at the Crab Shack. There were 3 of us including a teenager. The condo was well appointed and very clean. Lots of extra sheets and towels as needed. Also, the beach equipment was much appreciated. Highly recommend for a local feel to staying in PR.

Hidden gem

Great location with mountain and sea views from our balcony. Quiet beach front property for long walks with a cool pool. Beach is just a steps away. Good community. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels and all the beach equipment you would want.

We had a wonderful week. The condo was neat and clean. We had great communication with the property manager prior to our stay. We were even provided with suggestions for places to eat and things to visit during our stay.

We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect for our excursions from Fajardo and the rainforest. The unit has everything you would need. The beach was beautiful and quiet and very walkable. The host was very communicative and accommodating when we had to make some changes to our dates. Would recommend and stay again

The condo is very nice, enough room for the family. Beach was nice and empty. The only negative was that the twin bunk beds did not have any rails, so it wasnt safe for the kids to sleep on the top bunks

Perfect vacation spot!

We absolutely loved our time at the Crab Shack! The condo was exactly as listed and was perfect for my husband and I along with our 2 sons (ages 16 and 20). The place was clean, organized, had plenty of kitchen supplies, great towels, comfortable beds, and the hosts communication was immediate - always responded within minutes! We loved the beach accessories which we used often since the beach is less than a 2 minute walk from the front door. The beach was quiet and the pool a perfect temp. The condo is conveniently located for day trips to the rainforest, Luquillo kiosks, and many beaches. This is a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation, highly recommend! We will be back

Family vacation

This property was clean and welcoming with nice updates. They had plenty of towels for bathing and the pool/beach. It was convenient having a washer/dryer in the unit. Enrique was quick and responsive with all our questions.Our young kids appreciated the large shallow pool and kiddie pool. We chose this property because we wanted a pool on sight and a beach. We had nice family walks along the beach. Our kids also enjoyed playing basketball with the ball they had in the condo. This location was convenient to restaurants, groceries, and wonderful Luquillo Beach. Luquillo beach was the perfect family beach with shallow, peaceful water. They had chairs and umbrellas to rent and different people selling drinks and food which made it possible to relax there the whole day.

The property was clean, well furnished and in a good location in Rio Grande. There was a good supply of beach chairs, etc. the complex facilities are in good shape although could be a little better. However, we did report that the bedroom windows do not close properly leaving a gap of about an inch, so outside air flows in and the room was not cooling properly and felt humid. The handles to open and close the windows were broken, so could not be completely shut. Also, the cooktop appliance LED screen is malfunctioning, so we couldn’t see the inside oven temperature. The door to the balcony is also difficult to close and needs some adjustment.
