Excelente ubicación. El servicio excelente todo el personal muy atento. El breakfast buffet muy bueno. El chocobar riquísimo. Debe tener en cuenta que la calle son en solo sentido por lo que el recorrido en uber es un poco complicado. También hay muchos homeless en el área. Si renta carro el parking es limitado.

I had to kill two cockroaches in my room which was disgusting because I had my luggage open on the floor! Other than that it’s a pretty nice hotel

The room was not completely clean. Hair was hanging on corner of the door. No hot water in the shower.

I stayed here May 6th-10th with my boyfriend and our second night we seen a roach but it was near the door so we thought it just came from outside , the next day we seen not one but TWO ROACHES and we killed one the other one went under the crack in the wall after that we packed all our stuff & notified the front desk and they gave us a new room 2 floors down while inspecting the new room we seen LITTLE BUGS ON THE BED that was our last straw and thank god it was our last night we ended up checking out & going to the airport hours early smh do not stay here it’s not worth the price we paid for a ocean view room that wasn’t worth it

Was very nice in general. Im stayed one night for working activity, so, i can't use pool. But thexareas into and out hotel are very nice, ckean and update. Have many good ambience spaces to seat and share. The breakfast was great and a good price. What i didn't like was: in the room i can hear all the cars noise. So, the cristal door not adequate. Other claim is that parking its not included in price and don't told me after check out. About parking too, is that jave to give a round for have acces in the car to it, from the front of hotel. Otherwise, all was nice.

The property is old. Our room smelled like mildew and was not very clean. The air conditioner was very loud. The staff was pleasant however an amenity i asked for was never delivered. Great location though.

A couple of years ago I stayed at this location when it was under Best Western brand. Back then I had such a good experience that I decided to stay here again but now is under a new brand and I guess new management. Upon check-in there was no disclosure that of active construction within the property, right under the floor I was placed. I could not rest nor be in the room during the daytime. I went to the front desk and the lady said to come back next day to speak with the manager and see if there was anything to be done... But nothing was done... She also said that the workers "wouldn't stay the whole day" yet there was drilling and banging up until 7:00pm... There was construction done in the pool area throwing dirty water with concrete inside the pool... Breakfast buffet was terrible. Save yourself the $25 and go to a decent restaurant nearby. Most certainly not coming back. Definitely not coming back.

I stayed there for four nights. First of all they gave us a room with a broken AC, It took a whole day after me harassing them for them to bring someone to look at it. Finally we were changed to a different room , our never was cleaned. Only one time because we complained. I was supposed to get a refund for all my troubles still waiting for it.
