Enjoy this three bedroom house with a single full bathroom. This beautiful cozy house offers a spacious living room as well as dining and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make you feel at home. Two of the bedrooms are normal sized each including a full bed, the main room has a bunk bed, the lower full bed and the upper twin bed. The three bedrooms have air conditioning. This location have a garage to one car, you can also park on the street.
The house is located 5 minutes away from Calle Loiza and La Placita which are known for its night life, including bars and coffee shops. Its also 8 minutes away from El Condado and Isla Verde, as well as a 10 minute walk from Ocean Park (5 minutes drive). Its also 9 minutes from Plaza Las Americas, and 10 minutes from the beautiful Viejo San Juan (the bright colored old town, a favorite touristy spot) also 9 minutes from Airport Luis Muñoz Marin as well as easy access to all of the main streets.
