It is not in Condado or Old San Juan, but offers convenient access to beaches, restaurants, shops, nightlife, and attractions.

**Location & Parking**

Limited on-site parking is first-come, first-served and not guaranteed; street parking is available nearby. We recommend renting a car or using Uber.

**Important Information**
Puerto Rico may experience occasional utility interruptions. The building has no backup generator or water cistern, so area-wide power or water outages may temporarily affect the apartment until service is restored. This is a multi-unit property, so other guests or residents may be nearby.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may have an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm.

Parking

Limited parking is available at the property on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are not guaranteed.

If all spaces are occupied, please use available street parking nearby. Always follow posted parking signs and local regulations.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The network name and password will be provided with your check-in information.

Air Conditioning

Please keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running. When leaving the apartment for an extended period, please turn off the A/C units to help conserve energy.

Kitchen

The kitchen includes basic cookware, dishes, utensils, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and other essentials.

Please clean up after cooking and avoid leaving food out, as Puerto Rico’s tropical climate can attract insects quickly.

Towels & Linens

Fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. Please do not use towels to remove makeup, clean floors, shoes, or other heavily soiled items.

Washer & Dryer

Please note that the property does not have a washer or dryer available for guests.

Water & Electricity

The building does not have a generator or water cistern.

Puerto Rico can occasionally experience interruptions to electricity or water service. If an area-wide outage occurs, service will depend on the local utility provider. We appreciate your patience and understanding if this happens during your stay.

Security Cameras

For security purposes, the property has exterior security cameras. There are no cameras inside the apartment or in any private guest areas.

Multi-Unit Property

Please remember that this is a multi-unit property, and other guests or residents may be staying in neighboring apartments. Please be respectful and keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during nighttime hours.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please avoid loud music, parties, shouting, or excessive noise that could disturb others.

Plumbing

Please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other items, even if they are labeled as flushable. Puerto Rico’s plumbing systems can be sensitive.

Trash

Please place all trash inside the designated trash bins. Do not leave garbage, food, or bags in hallways or common areas.

Smoking & Parties

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

Parties, events, and unauthorized guests are not allowed without prior approval.

Before You Leave

Before checking out, please double-check the apartment for personal belongings. We are not responsible for items left behind.

If possible, please place trash in the designated bins and leave used towels together in the bathroom. This is not required, but it greatly helps our cleaning team.
