Barcelo in San Juan

"I really like the property, we have stayed here 4 times in the last 5 years and will probably stay again in the future. My only comment is every year the trip seems more expensive than the last one, but I guess that is everything nowadays."

"Check in was seamless .Everyone was very nice .Rooms clean , beds comfy .The pool was nice .Love the slide and 2nd pool was salt water which was a plus .Hector &Anthony in the lobby bar were wonderful "

"Breakfast used to be very good but has definitely changed and quality and taste has declined as well and service used to be better at Breakfast as well!"

"Had an amazing stay at the Caribe Hilton. The property is beautiful, the private beach area was relaxing, and the views were incredible. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the trip, and the location made it easy to enjoy San Juan. The rooms were clean, the pools were great, and the overall atmosphere felt like a true vacation. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Rico."

"Like the property and why it provides guests, however the check out process is not convenient for guests, take longer than needed and staff are not there to help when we need them "
