Coastal retreat is calling! This beautiful villa with private pool is a perfect set up for your vacation and relaxation escape with family and/or friends. It is located on the northeast coast of PR in the premises of Coco Beach and Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve with stunning 1000 acres of tropical lush, beautiful beach, and world class golf courses home of the PGA PR Open. This charming house faces the east, offering beautiful golf views, ocean views in the background, and the best breeze in the neighborhood.

RESORT ACCESS: Experience a full day of relaxation and excitement with the Hyatt Regency Resort Day Pass, available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM!
Settle into one of their poolside or beach lounge chairs (available on a first-come, first-served basis), and leave your towels at home-the resort towel service has you covered.

Feeling hungry or thirsty? Enjoy poolside food and drink service from their Wet Bar, or treat yourself to a variety of delicious options at their on-site restaurants and multiple bars.

NOISE: be respectful to neighbors with noise. Community quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am. PARTIES PROHIBITED. Extra guests over 10 will be charged.
PRIVATE POOL: Please use the pool safely. Jumping is not allowed. Pool is only 3 to 5ft. deep. Adult supervision is required at all time.
NO SMOKING: Smoking in the interior and exterior is prohibited. NO PETS ALLOWED. Breaking those rules will result in a fine of $500.

Holiday in Rio Grande

The property was adequate for our needs in the 7 person adult group. We lost power for various periods 3 of the 4 nights we were there. A hot tub was listed as an amenity but we didn’t see one.

Beautiful house and had a amazing time

The property is really beautiful and in a gated community. Really enjoyed staying there and Christophe is a wonderful host. Very easy to communicate and very helpful. The only thing I wished it was there was a generator as we lost power three time. Other than that I would highly recommend this property.

Golf trip

For the most part, stay was good. The water pressure was bad. The tv downstairs in living room doesn’t work very well; it has shadows in the screen. The gold cart didn’t work, and owner filed a claim for batteries. We didn’t over charge golf cart, it just didn’t work. He came over to try and fix and it didn’t work for him either. Don’t know how he can file a claim on an already broken golf cart!!
