Beautiful, stylish, updated. Well maintained three-bedroom condo centrally located in San Juan. Experience a breath-taking view from the fourteenth-floor balcony. Go to the Beach.
Netflix, 65" TV, WIFI. Seven minutes from the airport. Four minutes to the Upscale Mall of San Juan. Ten minutes to Isla Verde Beach. Viejo San Juan, La Placita, fifteen-minute drive or Uber ride away. Costco, Walmart, restaurants. Gated community. Guest parking. Community Laundromat "for a fee". 24/7 security onsite.
This is an older building with lots of Puerto Rican character and flare. Some of its age is showing and could use a fresh coat of paint. Good news! It will be receiving a new paint job. This does not take away from this lovely safe and family friendly community. There are security cameras located throughout the property for your safety.
What I love most about my property is the spectacular view from the balcony…it’s truly magical.
