A little noisy from the late night customers at the restaurant across the street. We also had expected 3 twin beds and actually had 2 double beds pushed together. Still worked for us, but not quite as comfortable as 3 twins would have been. But despite that, the place was clean, affordable, and the staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful-multilingual. Breakfast wasn’t included with the rate we paid, but we opted to purchase it one morning and it was delicious as well. Would come back.

Cousy and comforty hotel
Rooms are big and cleaned. Plenty of place for 2 persons. Decent breakfast with natural pressed Orange Juice. Central located in The village and of course 2 km to the beach.

Book car park space in the hotel before going.
Our holiday was perfect. The people in the hotel treated us very well. We had a car so were able to visit the fantastic beaches near by. The only problem was trying to park the car in San Juan. The hotel never had space for our car.

Great value stay
Staff excellent and helpful, spoke good English. Very clean welcoming entrance with short stay parking at the entrance reserved for clients. Underground parking tight for big cars. Unfortunately we were unable to sample the breakfast but the dining room was very clean. We had a very good value stay. If we need to stay again we would choose to stay here. WiFi very slow

It was a conformable stay.
Unlike last year, we got a newer part of the hotel with a well-functioning air conditioning. The room was spacias enough. Only thing I really would have liked to have is a mini fridge in the room.

Nice hotel in a good neighborhood
It was a good hotel in a good area. It was in a local "barrio", close to food, laundrymat and more. It was in a safe location and staff was courteous and helpful. I would stay again.

Sijainti hyvä, paljon palveluita kauppojen, ravintoloiden ja baarien muodossa aivan kävelymatkan päässä. Rannalle hieman pidempi matka jos ei ole autoa käytössä. Valitettavasti reissumme aikana ilmastoinneissa oli ongelmia, joten niistä tulee iso miinus hotellille. Niitä kyllä yritettiin korjata, mutta viikon aikana niitä ei saatu edes kuntoon.

Hemos estado un total de 5 noches en el hotel. La verdad la sensación general ha sido muy buena. La limpieza genial, el trato de los recepcionistas y de todo el personal excelente. El unico problema que he encontrado ha sido el aire acondicionado. No ser si no funcionaba o era que lo tenian bloquedo, per yendo en invierno nos hemos asado un poco del calor que hacia en la habitación.Baje a receprción a preguntar si se podia bajar la temperatura y me dijeron que no habia aire condicionado, que era aire normal, por eso no enfriaba aun que lo tenia puesto al minimo. Aun asi me ha gustado y repetiria este hotel hacia la proxima vez
