Se fue la energía eléctrica en el pueblo, ellos no tienen planta de luz, No había agua para bañarse, ni lavarse las manos, las instalaciones realmente están espectaculares, pero este detalle dejó muy mal parado al hotel

Hotel tranquilo, para relajarse y salir de la rutina… no me toco habitación remodelada y siento que deberían poner diferencia de precios entre una habitación remodelada con closet gigante, piso laminado, baño con Marmol y cárcel y con terraza al jardín a una habitación con muebles viejos, alfombra vieja, baño de azulejo… más si reserve 3 habitaciones todas deberían ofrecer el mismo nivel… deberían de avisar qué hay abejas viviendo a la mitad de la alberca y así los huéspedes van bajo su riesgo… el personal y restaurante buen servicio

Nos toco Una habitación distinta a la de las fotos, no remodelada 212, alfombra rota, cortina desenganchada, caja fuerte sin batería (pedimos le pusieran en recepcion, nunca las pusieron) el costo por noche fue de 2000 mas impuestos sin desayuno, honestamente con todo respeto no lo vale ese valor para nada, no solo por la habitación sino además por el servicio, no permiten el ingreso de alimentos y bebidas, lo cual me parece perfecto por que es un negocio, pero el servicio a alimentos en el área de la alberca es nulo ni dando propina te atienden. Se ve que hay entrenantes atendiendo así que en la alberca solo ofrecen hamburguesas que te la traen fría y sin servilletas. El desayuno y la comida del restaurante bien, precios de moderado a alto y porciones justas, al servicio le falta hay que pedir las cosas varias veces. Entonces precio calidad no hace mucho match. Algunos de los empleados son amables pero poco efectivos algunos Salí decepcionado la verdad por ese precio se consigue hoteles de mejor calidad de instalaciones y servicio.
