NOTE: This home is in a SMOKE-FREE community. No smoking is allowed in the unit, on the balcony/patio, or anywhere in the common areas of the building or complex.

Other Details to Note:

The TV comes with a digital antenna that lets you see local channels only. You can also stream from various online sources (Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, etc...) with your own account. There are no regular cable channels such as ESPN or CNN. The internet speed is 400 Mbps.

There are elevators in the complex, but since the unit is on the 1st floor, no stair climbing is needed.

The sofa bed is similar to a fold-flat futon and is best suited for children or teenagers.

No pets allowed for stays under 2 months.
