Looking for a long term renter for this private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space with a kitchenette (induction, vent, sink and refrigerator), separate entry with your own front door, AC, utilities paid by landlord, a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. There is a new storage shed in your private backyard with locking gate, you also have storage inside the unit. Street parking and EV charging if needed.
The space was added with permits in 2019 and is the primary suite to the house. This unit is in the back of the house with the front door on the side behind a gate for added privacy and security. It connects to the rest of the house where only the bathrooms share walls so you have some cushion from any sound.
