Narciso checked on us every single day by the pool to make sure we were being taken care of and were satisfied with our cabana. Charlie (Carlos) our hibachi chef was SO MUCH FUN! We had the best time at dinner and his fun personality made the experience even better! Diana was also absolutely amazing and made sure we had the best time. She also helped us make a reservation to the hibachi restaurant the day after we took our engagement photos and that was so nice! Angel took care of us by the pool and he never let our drinks get empty! He has an amazing personality and is so funny! Overall we had the most amazing time and it’s all thanks to your staff! They are what makes Secrets so special! Five stars, 10 out of 10! We will absolutely be back! "
