The building has Caobos Coworking, which you can enjoy at no extra cost of shared spaces.
The space
A full furnished loft studio, a double bed, a double sofa bed, a work desk, a lingerie set and premium towels, internet and Smart TV with Claro Hogar, a spacious and modern bathroom. Everything in perfect condition, to enjoy your stay at home.

Located on the 3rd floor, the building has no elevator.

We do not offer hotel service, we do not offer hot shower.
Guest access
Video fireplace system, easy access by the city's main avenues. In case you need PARKING it could be previously coordinated, its price is not included, price per night 15,000 COP. Please check before booking.
Other things to note
If you need an iron and hairdryer you can request it and we will lend you the collaboration, at no additional cost.

Perfect Modern Stay

I have stayed at this modern, newly renovated spot multiple times and always have had a fantastic experience! The space features a gas kitchen, a full bathroom, and a very comfortable bed, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from some of the most popular bars and restaurants in the area. One of my favorite features was the lovely area on the top floor—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or getting some work done in a peaceful setting. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stylish, convenient, and relaxing stay!
