This was the closest it came to a resort, we did request 2 queen beds, but got a room with 3 twin beds. My favorite part of staying there was the pool. And food and drinks served around the pool.

The property is excellent, but they need to renovate the rooms ASAP before getting old and rusty, they need to put new sheets, towels, batteries on the AC remote, one of the room didn’t have soap and shampoo in the bottles, in other words they need to pay attention in MAINTENANCE, the hotel is excellent, location, pool and everything, hopefully the take care on those detail soon.

Beautiful resort with 2 pools. Quite area Nice friendly and helpful staff. Rappi delivery can be to the room. Cheaper rooms are always with twin beds, so have to choose a premium room to get a bigger bed. Loud music from the pool all weekend into late night (not on weekdays) No microwave or safe deposit box in the room. Restaurant is very expensive. No gym.

This hotel is terrible. The noise is high. The area doesn’t seem safe; the gym is a joke. They don’t even have a way to get you into the gym safely. I will never go back; it was a terrible experience.
