Modern one bedroom only 50m from the beach

This one-bedroom apartment is located front-line of the Mar Menor Sea, really close to the Mediterranean Sea and with incredible sea view! It has got a bedroom with a comfy new double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, an open-plan and fully fitted kitchen. The living room, with a large new sofa-bed (recommended for one adult or two kids), has access onto a terrace with sea views.



The kitchen is equipped with microwave, electric hob, oven, coffee machine and galley area with washing machine and heater. The bright living-room has got a new sofa-bed and a flat-screen TV and a dining area for 4 people.



There are air conditioning units in both the living and the bedroom and fibre optic internet.



The apartment is located in Residencial Seychelles, which has got two communal pools, normally open from May till September (open dates to be confirmed seasonally)





LOCATION:



The development, Seychelles, is located en the km14, front line to the Mar Menor and only 50 meters from the Mediterranean. It has 2 communal pools, open in 2024 from the 10th of May to the end of September, from 9 to 14h and from 17 to 20h.



Only 50 meters from the apartment there is a big supermarket (Spar) and in the area there are many bars, restaurants, supermarkets...



Located around 10 minutes walking distance from the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to who a streetmarket takes place every Saturday morning.

In this area, Tomás Maesstre, there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...



A very comfy, cool and complete apartment in e great location!



A flexible rate es available for a 10% supplement, free cancellation up to 5 days prior arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay).

Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.

Arrivals between 9pm and 12am need to be confirmed before booking and a late check in fee of €30 will apply.

Gute Wohnung in guter Lage

Alles was man braucht war vorhanden, Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert und schnell, keine Problemme gehabt. Kommunikation ist sehr gut, die Lage war excellent. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Wir haben den Staubsauger nicht gefunden und es gab leider nur einen Müllsack.

Descanso en primera línea de playa

La ubicación del apartamento, con unas bonitas vistas al Mar Menor desde la terraza y desde el balcón de la habitación. El apartamento en sí es muy completo, con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar una temporada. La atención al cliente fue excelente, resolviendo cualquier duda e informando de los servicios y restaurantes de los alrededores. Nada, todo fue estupendo.
