"Highly recommend. We stayed with our two kids (14&11) together with our mother (76). The villa is spacious & clean with three good sized bedrooms: the master bedroom and en suite upstairs is particularly lovely. The pool is immaculate - clean and very refreshing - with convenient sun-beds and parasols. Villa has a BBQ, Table-Tennis table, a small gym, a number of board games and a large TV. Enough to keep young and old well occupied.Marie and her husband are perfect hosts. Attentive, welcoming and responsive. With our mother with us, having a car was essential as shops, beach front and main restaurant area are a bit of a walk, but will be fine for most. It's also worth it for seeing some of the local sights, Murcia, Alicante and the Roman amphitheatre in Cartagena are all within reach and well worth a visit."

"A wonderful 3 generation holiday!A really spacious villa. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped with everything you could need, including a big outside fridge freezer! Loads of outside space, chairs, tables and sun beds. Large, clean pool, which the grandchildren spent nearly all holiday in!A quiet residential area, which felt really safe. A small, but well stocked supermarket 2 minutes walk away, which does lovely cooked chicken. Lovely popular restaurant 5 mins walk away. Seafront, with a wide sandy beach and many bars and restaurants a 10/15 minute stroll away.Marie, the owner always on hand, for any queries. We had a great holiday and will return for sure…. "

"The hotel is not modern but it is very clean and the beds are comfortable. There is an excellent cafe across the street. It is within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. The BAM bus from/to Alicante stops less than 1 block away. I have stayed here four times and would come back again."

"Connivance location to beach area and mar minor, cafes and shopping is walking distance. I prefer hotel over renting an apartment. Same price without the headache of cleaning, room service is available every day. Highly recommended for the L manga fan "
