Roda Golf Resort - 9309

This ground floor apartment is situated in phase 1 on the popular Roda Golf Resort which is close to San Javier and Los Alcazares. The property has 2 good sized bedrooms with en suite bathroom in the main bedroom and a separate shower room for the second bedroom. It has a full kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher,



The lounge/dining area is open-plan with a dining table and chairs, sofa, chair and a TV with international channels. From the lounge you have large patio doors leading out onto the terrace with pool views where you can sit and have lunch or to enjoy the sun on the sun beds.



The complex has a great 18 hole par 72 golf course, a driving range and putting green as well as 24/7 gated security and an onsite restaurant and bar. One of the unique features of this golf resort is the location, just 2km from the beaches of the Mar Menor where you can enjoy the beach, try one of the various water sports or eat out at a chiringuito on the promenade.

Winter warnth

Cmfortable clean property in gated secure golf course location. The few problems we had were soon rectified by the agent with the exception of the TV the was awful the sound was tinny as if the people were in a large bucket so virtually impossible to know what they were saying and used the subtitle facility but it was still difficult to understand what was said.The agents rep who called said he could hear it but when asked what was being said he replied he didn't speak English !! It was the main selling point that we chose the property with English channels as we were there for a month in winter.
