"We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in hotel Giardino la playa. Het hotel is pas gerenoveerd, dus alles is nieuw. We hadden heerlijke bedden, de douche was top en de kamer ruim genoeg. Als kleine tip zou ik nog willen zeggen dat een extra spiegel (buiten de badkamer) fijn zou zijn en een paar stoeltjes op het balkon ook. Verder was het allemaal brandschoon. "We stayed for only one night. The pool area was large with plenty of sun beds available, even arriving in the middle of the day. There was plenty of parking too. The buffet breakfast was ok, with a reasonable selection and quality of food. There is access to the beach easily available on the other side of the road from the hotel. It’s a longer trip (a couple miles) into the town so you’d need to prepare for a long walk, or to have transport if you’re planning on heading in there."

"I think parking and towels should be included in the price. Parking on the street was crazy and not necessary. We should not have to think about towels on vacation. Julia, Maria and Pietro at the front desk were welcoming and so helpful with suggestions. They all went above and beyond with detailed directions parking, costs for parking, timing for crowds and great dinner options. I would gladly return and recommend it to family and friends. Some suggestions for breakfast are adding homefries and rotating selections for American type of breakfast. Please add screens to eliminate flies at breakfast and having better snack options for during day and dinner time. All and all we love Hotel Florida!!! Millie Grazie!!😊"

"Location is excellent and we had a great sea view room which was very spacious. Room cleaned daily and was cleaned very well with clean towels given each day. Very nice housekeeper. Staff, especially on reception were very nice and super helpful. Pool is lovely, however it holds maximum of about 10 sunbeds which is unfortunate if a small group of you wnat to lay around the pool as unlikely to get a sunbed. Biggest and strangest thing is that a 4* hotel does not have a private shower cubicle for those with a late flight. It has a luggage room but you’re expected to use the pool to freshen up as no shower other than the pool side one. Although manageable it’s surprising as a late checkout is charged at a nightly rate which works out a costly shower if that’s all you need on your last day. Food was amazing. Pizza is great and staff again seemed pleasant. I would stay here again as it’s a nice hotel and I’d make sure I booked an extra night stay if I had a late flight again but defo would return here."

"The hotel is located very close to the beach, with a supermarket across the street and restaraunts very close. The pool looks lovely, though I didnt need to use it with the beach being so good. Breakfast was fine, though fruit choice was minimal. All staff were excellent and friendly, and housekeeping was great. Always managed to find parking very close to the hotel also. I would stay here again."
