Holiday Apartment 'Wernerhof Fewo Rosela' with Mountain View, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment ROSELA on the fruit farm 'Wernerhof' is located in Glaning/Jenesien at an altitude of 750 m, just outside Bolzano (250 m altitude), and offers you a fantastic view of the Alps. The 100 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, as well as children's books and toys. A high chair and two baby cots are also available.



The accommodation features a private outdoor area with three balconies. You can also use the shared garden, barbecue and playground. Public transport is within walking distance. A supermarket is located in Bolzano, about 11 minutes away by car. Bolzano, with its cafés, restaurants and remarkable architecture, can be reached in about 12 minutes by car. Runkelstein Castle is 7.5 km away. Ski lifts are reachable in 25 to 40 minutes by car, and the spa town of Merano is 36 km away.



There are four parking spaces available on the property. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. An e-car charging station is available. Breakfast is available on request and homemade products are offered. The accommodation supports you in correct waste separation and provides further information on site. It is also equipped with energy- and water-saving facilities. Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems and sustainable materials were used for insulation.
