The Space:

The ground floor, where I reside, features a separate entrance to ensure your privacy throughout your stay. The upper 2nd floor is yours. one parking space.



Please note that the back door and patio are part of a private yard and are not accessible to guests. Kindly use the front door to access. Thank you for your understanding!



Other Things to Note:

We 100% don't allow parties or gatherings here. Neighborhood watch closely here and most of them are neighbors living here for long time. We don't hope they are being upset. Thank you!



Parking - Free 1 driveway spot for parking.

Laundry - shared access for coin operated washer and dryer in the property



No Guns, No Smoking (even Marijuana) at our House. We have security cameras in use 24/7 only in the following indicated areas:



1) Front yard

2) Side yards

3) Back alley



To enhance security measures for our guests and the property, we will be sending an online registration link to your email. This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Additionally, we might request a copy of your ID to verify the individual who will be staying. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our guests and premises.



For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require a background check process through a secure organization online for $49 fee.

We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests.



Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $200 per month ($250/month for winter season) for long term stays.



Pet-Friendly Stay – No Extra Fee!



We love welcoming pets at no additional cost! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow our pet guidelines:

1. No pets on furniture or beds – Help us keep our space clean and cozy for all guests. Please bring your pet’s bedding.

2. Leash required in shared common areas – For the safety and comfort of everyone, please keep your pet on a leash in communal spaces.

3. Breed approval required – Kindly mention your pet’s breed when booking for approval.

4. Responsible pet ownership – While there’s no pet fee, we ask that you keep our furniture clean and free from damage. Any damages caused by pets will be the owner’s responsibility.

Interaction with Guests:

I reside on the ground floor of the property but will not access your unit during your stay. If you have any questions or need assistance, I’m just a message away and happy to help!
