Walking distance to downtown South San Francisco; minutes by car to SFO, BART, CalTrain, and San Francisco.

PRACTICALITIES
- Step-free entrance through a ramp — stroller and mobility friendly (wide entrances, shower chair available)
- Self check-in with a smart lock, any hour
- Check-in from 3 pm; checkout 11 am (late checkout often free for 30-60 min without same-day turnover, otherwise from $75/hr; unarranged late departures $200/hr)
- Quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am; no parties; please book the exact number of guests
- No smoking or vaping inside; no pets — service animals always welcome
- Professionally cleaned before every stay; all-white linens washed before and after each guest
- Stays of 3+ weeks include a simple rental agreement signed before check-in
- Exterior security cameras at the building entrances — outside only
- House-rule violations are subject to a $250 fee — we've never needed it with our guests, and we'd love to keep it that way.
