A fully equipped kitchenette includes an electric cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and essential cookware—perfect for preparing simple meals during your stay. The in-unit laundry adds convenience, especially for longer visits.

This is the most recommended option for guests who want to avoid city traffic and parking.



2. Driving & Accessibility

If you’re driving, the home offers easy access to major highways such as I-280 and US-101, making it simple to reach San Francisco, the Peninsula, and surrounding areas. Downtown San Francisco is typically about 20–25 minutes away depending on traffic. Street parking is typically available nearby, though it is not reserved and availability may vary depending on time of day. Guests should always check posted parking signs and local regulations.

For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require a background check process through a secure site online for $49 fee.

We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests.



Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $100 per month ($150 for winter season) for long term stay.
