La hacienda condo Four

  • La Hacienda Condo 4 is a budget-friendly San Felipe Vacation Rental located in the La Hacienda community. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental features one queen bed and two twin beds, comfortably sleeping 4 guests (airbed welcome for up to 6). The community has a swimming pool (no pool access October 15-March 31). The beach is just a short walk away. The community entrance requires a special access card — 2 cards are provided with a $50 refundable deposit per card. Guests provide all needed towels. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM. ​​​​​​​Guest provide all needed towels

Budget Vacation Rental San Felipe

The area is beautiful, but the condo was poorly designed and poorly maintained. No wifi, no TV, you definitely get what you pay for. Living room and kitchen upstairs and bedrooms downstairs is a very bad design. Toilets in both bathrooms leaked water on the floor when flushed. Decks with beautiful views but no deck chairs or sun screens. We selected this property because of the pet friendly policy, but we will not stay here again.
